Ultima Online 9th Anniversary Collection - Moving up at Amazon
September 20th, 2006 by Sherri the MouseI’ve been keeping an eye on the 9th Anniversary Collection at Amazon and right now it’s hovering at around the #350 rank in sales (when it first popped up on Amazon, it was several thousand back and started moving up - yesterday it was in the 400s). This is Amazon - USA only. Amazon Japan has been reporting the 9th Anniversary in the top 5 for several days in a row now! At one point it was #1 in sales!
Some of this could be attributed to people wanting to make sure and have a copy reserved for them (since EA in the past hasn’t always produced enough right at the beginning), as well as people wanting to get the goodies that may come with it being ordering between now and the time it’s released.
Will be interesting to see what happens when more details come out. That’s a pretty good sign of interest in UO - up around #350 in the USA, and in the top 5 in Japan, and we don’t even have the full details.
