New Quest on Test Center

This thread on Stratics, started by Ando, in the Developer’s Corner, mentions a new quest in beta test:

There is a new quest that we’d like everyone to test on Test Center. Please post feedback and bugs you find while taking it here.

To start, locate Gareth in the Parliment building of Magincia.
